What happens when the free trial ends?
Your card is charged for the plan you chose and everything carries on. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
Can I change where a printed code goes?
Yes. That’s the point of a dynamic code: change the link, the file or the page behind it, and every printed copy follows. WiFi codes are the exception, because phones read the network details straight from the code.
What if I cancel?
Your codes keep working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then for another 30 days, so you have time to move or reprint.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on plans that include it. Codes then show your own address, like qr.yourcompany.com, and your team signs in with your branding. You add two DNS records and we handle the rest, including the security certificate.
Do you track the people who scan?
We count scans and record country, city, device type and browser. We don’t store IP addresses or use advertising trackers.
Can my team use it too?
Yes. Invite colleagues as admins, editors or viewers, within your plan’s user limit.
